Honest Reliability
We house over 30,000 different parts that are production ready, and can start the minute your order is received. We know that when you need an instrument, you need to be sure it’s delivered on time. We guarantee a 2-3 week delivery time for standard orders and need only a 2-5 day lead time for express orders.
Seven Steps
Our Rigorous Process
From recycled controls to a custom-built, fully tested product — every unit follows the same path through our facility.
01Reclaim
Our recycling program brings raw material and any surplus of used controls to our facility. Find out more about our recycling program.
02Strip & test
The controls are stripped, and vigorously tested. Any wearable part is discarded. All reusable parts are prepared for restoration.
03Restore
To restore each part, we start with a variety of cleaning processes to remove oils, dirt and other foreign substances. Then we repair any nicks or scratches, repaint and refinish each piece, and then store each piece for use.
04Pull
When your order is received, ready-to-use parts are pulled from inventory.
05Build
Your product is custom-built to your specifications.
06Verify
We rigorously test and examine your product for optimal performance. Our extensive quality control checks verify your product meets all specifications and standards.
07Ship
Once final quality sign-off is achieved, your remanufactured component is shipped within the guaranteed delivery time.
